Looking forward to seeing you out at the first training session this Sunday, May 29th from 5:30-6:30 PM at the RHS track. Please wear running shoes and bring a digital watch with a timer if you have it.
Please check the website if the weather is terrible.

Unfortunatley The first training session was cancelled. If you have received your workout program and need an explanation about intervals or how the program works, please post questions on Eric's board.
