Just wanted to let all women who are runners know that you CAN run all the way through your pregnancy if your doctor OKs it. I ran all but 5 days of my entire pregnancy (yep, 7 days a week from conception to birth). Of course, at the end I was barely moving, but I was out there. I had a healthy birth and my son is now three years old. I met an on-line group of wonderful, dedicated runners who were also running during our third tri and we have all remained friends since. It is a bond of sisterhood that we will carry forever. Best of luck to all.

Congrats on getting you and your baby off to such a great start!
As you said, running, with your doctor's OK, is one of the greatest things you can do for yourself during your pregnancy...and makes the recovery so much better.
If anyone has questions about how to get started in an exercise program during pregnancy, please let me know!
