HI my name is Cindy, I'm breast feeding and training for a 1/2 maraton, I been having trouble with hydration after the 8th mile and feeling exausted after the 10th, its outhere some friendly products for hydratation and recovery?

Hi Cindy,
You need to make sure that you are getting in enough electrolytes. I'd suggest using gatorade or powerade and cutting it 50/50 w/ water. Sip from this every 15 minutes on your longer training runs. Also, drink 15 ounces of this within 30 minutes after your longer runs. water alone isnt enough to replenish your hydration, especially while breast feeding. I suggest gatorade and powerade because it's easily attainable however there are better products out there like Heed by Hammer Nutrition that don't contain the sugar and chemicals in these other products.
