Good Morning,
Deb will be responding to you soon. I am sorry you didn't get the email or check the website about the time change. Please check both as any changes will be posted by Friday. our program has to work around others so the time change will happen from time to time. This week we will be meeting on Saturday (time tbd) because of Easter. I am glad you continued with your workout!
Have a great day!

Hi there, So sorry we didn't get to meet last night. Congrats on the pregnancy and making the decision to continue to run - it's great for you and the baby!
As far as running pregnant, as long as you've run prior to the pregnancy there are no hard and fast rules. Even the old "keep your heart rate below 140" is no longer considered accurate. Assuming that you are healthy and have not had any complications with the pregnancy, it is generally safe to run as long as you are comfortable.
For running during pregnancy the best advice I have is to run at a "conversational" pace - easy enough that you can talk while you are running. This should not be a time for really pushing or trying to set any records. Most women find they slow down a lot during pregnancy without even trying...you feel short of breath through the first trimester and then the extra weight begins to impact your speed as you progress.
If you have any specific questions, issues or complaints, don't hesitate to let me know.
